近日，子公司潤(rùn)邦海洋為澳大利亞TAMS集團(tuán)建造的1座浮碼頭, 3套導(dǎo)管架和1套棧橋項(xiàng)目已圓滿(mǎn)交付并通過(guò)半潛船和重吊船運(yùn)輸啟航至澳大利亞。項(xiàng)目的順利交付是潤(rùn)邦海洋布局國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略、深耕澳大利亞市場(chǎng)的里程碑，標(biāo)志著潤(rùn)邦海洋高端海洋工程裝備建造實(shí)力再次獲得海外客戶(hù)的高度認(rèn)可。

      項(xiàng)目總重量約13,000噸，材料最高等級(jí)為1100Mpa, 其中460C等級(jí)材料近2,500噸，采用DNV和AS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建造，按照100% NDT要求進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。自去年承接項(xiàng)目以來(lái)，潤(rùn)邦海洋項(xiàng)目組全力以赴，建造過(guò)程中，項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)攻克了高強(qiáng)度等級(jí)材料焊接、抱環(huán)閉合試驗(yàn)、海生物水下清理、甲板面大面積防滑砂施工、Dolphin高精度吊裝試驗(yàn)等難題。潤(rùn)邦海洋充分發(fā)揮自身的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)，不斷地探索和創(chuàng)新，利用模塊車(chē)進(jìn)行船臺(tái)搭載等新工藝，大幅縮短建造工期，降低作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，確保項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃順利推進(jìn)，最終提前近2個(gè)月高質(zhì)量交付，高強(qiáng)度材料焊接UT合格率達(dá)到99.86%。

      該項(xiàng)目將應(yīng)用于KMSB碼頭，用于停靠大型浮式生產(chǎn)儲(chǔ)卸油船（FPSO）、汽車(chē)滾裝船等大型船只，提高碼頭裝卸效率、推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮。客戶(hù)多次表示潤(rùn)邦海洋展現(xiàn)的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能和完美履約精神令人印象深刻，為雙方未來(lái)長(zhǎng)期合作奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

Recently, ROC has successfully delivered a project consisting of 1 floating pontoon, 3 jackets and 1 linkspan built for TAMS Group in Australia. The project was shipped to Australia via semi - submersible vessel and heavy - lift vessel. The smooth delivery of this project is a milestone in the company's international strategic layout and its deep - rooted development in the Australian market. It marks that the company's high - end marine engineering equipment construction strength has once again been highly recognized by overseas customers.

The total weight of the project is approximately 13,000 tons, with the highest material grade reaching 1100 Mpa, and nearly 2,500 tons of 460C - grade materials. The project was constructed in accordance with DNV and AS standards and inspected in line with 100% NDT requirements. Since undertaking the project last year, the project team of ROC has gone all out. During the construction process, the project team overcame numerous challenges, such as welding of high - strength - grade materials, closure tests of pile guides, underwater cleaning of marine organisms, large - area anti - slip sand construction on deck surfaces, and high - precision hoisting tests of dolphins. ROC gave full play to its technical advantages, continuously explored and innovated. New processes like using modular vehicles for ship - building berth installation were adopted, which significantly shortened the construction period, reduced operation risks, ensured the smooth progress of the project as planned. Eventually, the project was delivered with high quality nearly 2 months ahead of schedule, and the ultrasonic testing (UT) qualification rate of high - strength material welding reached 99.86%.

This project will be applied at KMSB Wharf, used for berthing large - scale Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessels (FPSOs), ro - ro car carriers and other large ships. It will help improve the wharf handling efficiency and promote regional economic prosperity. The customer has repeatedly stated that the professional skills and perfect performance spirit demonstrated by ROC are impressive, laying a solid foundation for the long - term cooperation between the both parties in the future.
